What exactly is a meal assembly session?
A meal assembly session consists of you selecting a minimum of 5 entrees from our monthly menus. Once you make your choices, come into our shop, and we will have all the ingredients on hand for you to package and label your meals to take home for a later date.

How long will a session take?
Usually it will take less than 2 hours to prepare 10 entrees (30 meals).

What if I don’t have the time to come in and package the meals?
One of our staff would be happy to package your meals for you. Call the shop, make your selections, and pick them up at your convenience. It only costs $2.50 more per entree.

I have dietary restrictions. How will I know if your entrees will work for me?
One of our staff would be happy to point out which entrees might be best for you. Our menus are geared toward healthier eating.

Do you have vegetarian entrees?
At this time, EZ Epicure offers a vegetarian entree each month. As time goes on, we will be able to offer different accommodations.

How do I know how to prepare the meals when I get home?
Cooking instructions are included with each entree. They will indicate whether your selection is a skillet meal, a crock pot, or oven selection.

I have food allergies, how will I know if I can eat the meals?
We would be happy to provide you with a list of ingredients.

It says 3 portions or 6 portions, how much food is that?
In the 3 portions, there are 3 four-ounce portions of meat or chicken. It will feed 2-3 adults, depending on appetites. The 6 serving portions will serve 4-6 adults, again, depending on appetites.
